The State of Texas is investigating groups that help migrants...to determine if they're planning and facilitating the illegal transportation of immigrants across the border.
Attorney General Ken Paxton's office wanted to question the head of the group "Team Brownsville" as part of that investigation...but a judge has ruled the group is not required to take part in depositions related to that investigation.
