Waste collection workers made a horrific discovery around 9:20, Wednesday morning.  They found the body of a newborn boy in the bottom of a trash compactor inside a garbage truck in Northwest Harris County.  The Harris County Sheriff's office says he was between one and 30 days old and was a full-term baby.   They say garbage collectors found this after re-packing trash.
