Thursday morning began with temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s with a light south wind. There will be plenty of sunshine with widespread Heat Advisories and an Air Quality Alert. Afternoon highs will range between 100 and 105 degrees, with the hottest temperatures west of Interstate 35W.
