The FBI and City of Dallas have dedicated two murals that aim to increase awareness of hate crime. Mayor Eric Johnson declared Monday "FBI Dallas Hate Crimes Awareness Day."
"We have to amplify those messages that increase tolerance and increase understanding," he says.
