The Police Chief of Dallas -- speaking out this afternoon - about the chain of events that led to his officers shooting one of four suspects who were inside a stolen car.
All this happened at an apartment complex near Golf Lakes Trail near 75 and Walnut Hill.
Chief Eddie Garcia says when the people inside the stolen car saw the officers - they stepped on the gas...hitting two squad cars..
