A belligerent passenger on a Southwest Airlines flight is now facing a federal charge.
The Justice Department says Marcus Huff, 45, was on a flight from Las Vegas to Houston when he yelled profanities at the flight crew, threw a drink at a flight attendant and refused to remain seated.
His behavior forced the flight to divert to Dallas Love Field.
In April, Huff was indicted for interference with a flight crew; and on Wednesday, he was arrested in Houston.
Huff made his initial court appearance Thursday.
If convicted, Huff faces up to 30 years in federal prison.
