As triple-digit heat settles in, a look at some options to save on electricity

One person was arrested after police say he stabbed someone on Interstate 635 in Dallas on Tuesday morning. The incident came after a crash that shut down the westbound side of the highway near Forest Lane for three hours just after 7 a.m.

'US has to stand strong,' amid tensions in Middle East, Rep. Self says

Starting in the world of Artisitic Gymnastics, Spring, Texas' Simone Biles missed out on more Olympic hardware in the balance beam finals...however, Biles, alongside fellow Spring, Texas gymnast Jordan Chiles were able to lock out the podium with a silver and bronze finish later in the morning in the Floor Exercise finals! In the Gold Medal match for Mixed Team Skeet Shooting, Argyle's Vincent Hancock and teammate Austen Smith of Keller, missed out on the top step by 1-point, settling for a silver...and in the women's 200-meter semi-finals, Austin's Gabby Thomas qualified for the finals happening today at 2:40!
