The State Attorney General is threatening to sue two Texas counties over their voter registration. AG Ken Paxton is warning Harris and Bexar counties about their plans to mail out voter registration forms to what he calls "unverified recipients."
Paxton says there's a good chance that those registration forms go to felons and undocumented immigrants who are not allowed to vote in Texas.
