In Tuesday’s primary election, one question on the San Francisco ballot is asking voters whether to approve a 300-million-dollar bond to fund affordable housing.
The measure is called Prop A. Advocates say it’s desperately needed to build more housing in the city.
Critics say taxpayers have already spent a lot of money on affordable housing with not much to show for.
