Nearly half the states in the US are expected to ban or restrict abortion care if and when the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade. But California is doing the opposite. It’s expanding abortion access and welcoming women from other states. KQED’s health correspondent April Dembosky reports on how California is positioning itself as a sanctuary state for abortion.
