Parts of the Great Highway in San Francisco are in store for big changes ... this after voters approved Proposition K in last week's election. The measure will permanently cut off car access on a two-mile strip of the road between Lincoln Way and Sloat Boulevard.  So what’s next for the Great Highway and the communities around it?
