84 years ago this week, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066. It authorized the incarceration of more than 120,000 people of Japanese descent during World War II, most of whom were US citizens. The California Report's Keith Mizuguchi spoke with survivors who worry the current political climate will lead to the same kinds of mistakes.
