About a month ago, a crack formed in the Pacifica Municipal Pier, prompting the city to tear down a beloved cafe. City officials are studying what to do with the pier, but WAVES continue to barrel down on the shore. Local surfers have offered the city a solution that could also create an EPIC surf spot.
