Bay Area transit agencies are encouraging people to take public transit today. They’re calling it “All Aboard Bay Area Transit Day”.  This comes as several agencies are facing massive budget shortfalls, which could force drastic service cuts.  KQED’s Azul Dahlstrom-Eckman has more.
