San Francisco’s Fillmore District … once known as the “Harlem of the West” … is seeing Black-owned businesses RETURN to the neighborhood.

And the latest one is opening its doors tomorrow. It’s a Southern restaurant … called MINNIE BELL’S SOUL MOVEMENT.
