Some Coliseum Workers Claim They Were Denied Compensation After A's Departure

As the new season of Major League Baseball gets underway, it’s the first season that the A’s are playing in West Sacramento. Last September, the team left their longtime home at the Oakland Coliseum forever. It’s something many fans will never forget, but it was hard especially for many Coliseum workers. The A’s offered a token of appreciation to these workers in the form of a fund.   It was meant to help alleviate financial hardship - but some complained that they were denied compensation. KQED’s Azul Dahlstrom-Eckman looked into this and he joins us.
