The Tenderloin neighborhood in San Francisco faces big challenges, including homelessness, drugs and poverty. But there’s also a vibrant culture scene – including places like the Tenderloin Museum. As other cultural institutions in the city have struggled, the Tenderloin Museum is working on a major expansion.  Brian Watt talks with Sarah Hotchkiss, senior associate editor for KQED Arts.
