SF's Rapid Rehousing Program is Pushing Black Residents Outside of the City

San Francisco leaders are grappling with what to do with the city’s population of unhoused residents. One program, called “Rapid Rehousing,” is designed to help…by providing homeless people with two-year rental subsidies in apartments across the Bay Area.

But…according to a new investigation from the San Francisco Standard…the program is pushing a disproportionate amount of Black residents outside of the city.
