U.S. Supreme Court ruling over the summer has allowed cities to legally carry out sweeps of homeless encampments - even when housing isn’t available. San Francisco has been cracking down and that’s been especially felt in the Tenderloin neighborhood. So a nonprofit working there is trying to get ahead of these sweeps, and give people a lifeline with support brought right to the streets.
