This week, downtown San Francisco is welcoming THOUSANDS of visitors from around the world for the annual Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation conference … or APEC. President Biden and several other heads-of-state are set to attend … and that means tightened security around Moscone Center, the conference’s main hub.
The city has been preparing the area for months … and that work includes getting unhoused people into shelters. For more on THAT effort, we’re joined by KQED’s Sydney Johnson.
