Maybe you’ve heard about LA County's Annenberg Wildlife Crossing, a 90-million-dollar bridge – the largest and most advanced of its kind, designed to connect green spaces so animals can roam more freely and safely. But animals don’t need it to be so fancy. There are smaller and cheaper ways to cross the road. KCRW reporter Brandon R. Reynolds takes us below grade for a look at secret animal highways.
