State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Tony Thurmond, says he’s imploring the Trump administration… to return a 6-year-old deaf boy and his family who were deported to Colombia… so the boy can return to the California School for the Deaf in Fremont. Members of the military here on the HOMEFRONT are navigating the United States’ and Israel’s war with Iran.  According to the Department of Defense, at least seven American service members have been killed since the conflict began. One of them was from Sacramento … Robert Marzan… Chief Warrant Officer Three with the U.S. Army Reserve.  Here in the Bay Area, around 75-hundred active duty personnel are stationed at Travis Air Force Base in FAIRFIELD.
