David Huerta, a prominent California labor leader, walked free Monday after being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in downtown Los Angeles. A federal judge released him on a 50,000 dollar bond. As part of his conditions, he cannot knowingly be within 100 yards of federal agents or operations.
