PG&E Warns of More Power Cuts to Customers Because of Wind Event

PG&E warns it may cut power to more than 20 thousand customers across 24 counties this week because of a significant wind event expected to last through tomorrow. KQED’s Ezra David Romero reports the utility is worried that wind gusts of up to 65 miles per hour will cause trees or limbs to fall on power lines and ignite a wildfire.
