Official! The Oakland City Council this week approved a resolution to rename a portion of MacArthur Boulevard Tupac Shakur Way to honor the late rap icon. The commemorative signs will be installed near the apartment building that Tupac lived in at 275 MacArthur Boulevard. No date has been set yet for their unveiling.
