When we cover housing on this show, it can often be depressing. But it’s not all bad news. Construction of some kinds of homes is booming in the state, and, at least by California standards, prices for the dwellings are affordable. But buyers need to think tiny. We’re talking about small prefabricated homes, ranging from accessory dwelling units to mobile tiny homes on wheels.
