Legislative Analyst’s Office Has Cost Concerns About Governor's Proposed Clean Car Rebates

The nonpartisan Legislative Analyst’s Office, or LAO, is recommending California lawmakers reject Governor Gavin Newsom’s proposed clean car rebates, citing cost concerns. The plan would replace the now-expired federal tax credits, which offered up to 75 hundred dollars for new vehicles.  CapRadio’s Gerardo Zavala reports.
