The latest chapter in the corruption case involving Oakland’s former mayor, Sheng Thao, gets underway in court later today.  A judge is set to hear arguments on both sides … over the way the FBI handled evidence in this case … with a focus on one of its informants.  KQED’s Alex Hall has been reporting on this investigation … and she joins us.
