Many of us look forward to the Fourth of July to fire up the grill ... and serve up the CLASSIC ALL AMERICAN staple ... the HOT DOG. And here in the Bay Area, there’s a special kind of hot dog. It's wrapped in bacon ... and served with onions, peppers, and a bunch of condiments. Vendors often sell these loaded franks outside popular attractions and venues. This street food has brought opportunity for many ... and created tensions for others, claiming unfair competition. KQED's Azul Dahlstrom-Eckman looked into this for our Bay Curious podcast.
