It's wrapped in bacon ... and served with onions, peppers, and a bunch of condiments. Vendors often sell these loaded franks outside popular attractions and venues. This street food has brought opportunity for many ... and created tensions for others, claiming unfair competition. KQED's Azul Dahlstrom-Eckman looked into this for our Bay Curious podcast.
