Head Start is turning 60 this year - but the federal program that has served generations of young kids has never been more in danger of being eliminated under the Trump administration’s effort to downsize the government.  Scores of federal workers who helped keep Head Start programs running were laid off … including one from here in the Bay Area whose life changed thanks to Head Start. KQED’s Daisy Nguyen brings us her story.
