It’s been almost a year since President Donald Trump signed the One Big Beautiful Bill into law. It aims to overhaul the nation’s health care system. Experts say the changes could lead to millions of Americans losing coverage. California is starting to feel the impacts and among the organizations stepping up to fill the gap is a network of free clinics here in the Bay Area. KQED’s Carlos Cabrera-Lomeli reports.
