Voters in the Bay Area have plenty to decide in California’s June 2nd primary from statewide races to local ballot measures. In at least one congressional district in the East Bay, voters may be marking ballots four times to weigh in on the same seat. Kyle Martin, reporter for the Bay Area News Group, explains.
