Streets across California are full of e-bikes ... but as they've become more popular, the number of reported crashes has gone up, too, in recent years. A new report by the Mineta Transportation Institute at San Jose State University looked into this ... and along the way, researchers found that there's a lot of confusion as to what IS and ISN'T an e-bike.  Here to explain is KQED’s Azul Dahlstrom-Eckman.
