One of this year’s big cultural moments is the album BRAT by the pop star Charli XCX. And while Charli XCX herself declared BRAT Summer over a while ago … the DeYoung Museum is keeping the vibes going … celebrating an artist who lived her life in the most BRAT way possible. Her name is Tamara de Lempicka and she was best known for her contributions to Art Deco.  Brian talks with KQED’s senior associate editor of arts and culture, Sarah Hotchkiss.
