The East Bay city of Concord is home to the nation’s newest Immigration Court.
It opened this week – as part of a move by the Biden administration to deal with a record number of asylum seekers … and a massive backlog … 3 million cases nationwide. The new court in Concord is likely taking up tens of thousands of these cases … and that demand will increase the need for immigration lawyers.
