This week residents of a small Sonoma County town may finally get to see official plans for a dense walkable neighborhood proposed there. It’d be a big change for the small city of Cloverdale, but as KQED’s Adhiti Bandlamudi reports, the project from the Esmeralda Land Company has been years in the making.
