Bay Area Mental Health Nonprofit Pushes to Unionize

A group of workers at the Bay Area nonprofit Felton Institute have been pushing to bring their entire workplace into a union for years now. The organization offers social services and mental health support to the region’s most vulnerable residents - pretty altruistic - but some employees say the labor push on the inside has been fraught. KQED’s Holly J. McDede reports.
