Masks are coming back on across the Bay Area. Seven counties in our region -- plus the City of Berkeley -- are requiring masks inside public places -- starting today. During a news conference Monday, several health officers pointed to an alarming uptick in Covid-19 cases and hospitalizations. We’re joined by Kaiser Permanente Doctor Michael Vollmer, an infectious disease specialist at Vacaville Medical Center.
