Barbara Lee is being sworn in as mayor of Oakland Tuesday.  The former long-time US Representative will be leading a city facing a massive budget deficit - and constituents who ousted their last Mayor. KQED’s Natalia Navarro talked to Lee last week. She started by asking the mayor-elect about her role in shaping the proposed budget.
