Days after Congress certified President Trump's most recent election victory, border patrol agents conducted a large-scale immigration raid in Kern County. In total, 78 people were arrested. But a new investigation by our California newsroom partner, CalMatters, found that 77 of those arrested had no prior criminal or immigration history.
