THIS 49ers team playing in the Super Bowl on Sunday has been a top CONTENDER for the last several years…but NOT a CHAMPION.

The team has an impressive record this season …and the roster to match:  NINE Pro Bowlers and five first-team All-Pro selections – the most of any team in the NFL.
