In Latin America, insects like crickets and grasshoppers (chapulines) are a common snack. They’re high in protein, and require little energy to produce. But unlike tamales or tostadas, the tradition of eating bugs hasn’t made its way across the border - yet. One entrepreneur is trying to change that, and it’s more delicious than you may think.
