Join Mc Izzy from Koori Radio's Lion Movement program for a six-week song-writing and freestyle rap workshop starting Tuesday 21 July.  

Izzy joins Koori Radio News to fill us in on the skills that you can develop at the workshops while creating a hip hop track for broadcast.  

Breaking down barriers on shame culture, Izzy makes it clear that being yourself makes song writing and freestyle more fun. He shares some tips on bringing words together and if you haven't tried it before you will be supported in a safe space to bring it all together with other mob in the program. 

The workshop is free and runs from Tuesday July 21 for six weeks 5:30pm-8:30pm.
