The ruling by Colorado's Supreme Court that Donald Trump should be kicked off of that state primary ballot because of his activities surrounding the January 6th insurrection .... really only represents the start of legal proceedings around the effort to keep Trump's name off of ballots.

Not only will that decision likely be appealed to the Supreme Court ... but several other states are also starting to look at ways to boot Trump off of ballots.

But the political spin of the decision is well underway.

Trump yet again gets to play the victim after the Colorado court ruling ... something which seems to work well for him among Republican voters.
