LA's city council today unanimously approved its grand vision for what downtown Los Angeles will look like as we approach the mid-century mark.
It's called "DTLA 2040" and it seeks to walk the line of developing more office space, but not too much ... build more affordable housing but keep downtown a stylish and posh place with upscale restaurants ... and of course once-and-for-all address the homeless issue in the area.
Nick Griffin is executive director of the Downtown Business Improvement District and he's had a roll in putting together the "D-T-L-A 2040" plan.
