A South Bay teen is hoping to put an end to mental health stigma and encourage other teens to get the help they need. Matthew Tsao, a senior at Bishop Montgomery High School, has been awarded the Mental Health Awareness Scholarship by National Society of High School Scholars for his work in addressing mental health.
