One Los Angeles council member says today's Supreme Court ruling that allows West Coast cities to remove encampments and enforce laws against living outdoors and sleeping in cars should be a loud wakeup call for L.A. 

Councilmember Traci Park tells KNX News' Craig Fiegener that it's time for Los Angeles to rethink its current city policy of instructing police NOT to enforce local laws that prohibit encampments in public spaces.
