The holiday shopping season has already started and that means people will be out looking for the best deals possible. However, some people prefer the five-finger discount. 

Retail theft is on the rise. Officials for Target say the company has lost 400 million more dollars in gross profit this year to retail theft when compared to last year. Target isn't the only big store dealing with this growing problem. They all are.  Rachel Michelin is President and  CEO of the California Retailers Association.
