Sesame Street has long been known for its diversity and inclusivity. But you wouldn't know that if you read a new class action lawsuit. 

It's alleging the theme park, Sesame Place Philadelphia, and its employees have discriminated against and insulted Black guests. There's even video that seems to support that claim. Malcolm Ruff is the attorney representing a man who's leading this lawsuit. 


We did receive a statement from Sesame Place. It says "We will review the lawsuit filed on behalf of Mr. Burns. We look forward to addressing that claim through the established legal process. We are committed to deliver an inclusive, equitable and entertaining experience for all our guests."
