Amid the news of a suspected serial killer attacking three homeless men in L.A., the city wasted little time in launching a campaign to bring as many homeless people into shelters and temporary housing situations as quickly as possible. 

Ken Craft is CEO of Hope The Mission in the San Fernando Valley, which provides over 2000 shelter beds and tidy homes for the homeless population. 

He tells KNX news chief correspondent Charles Feldman that he's never seen an effort like this before.
